What a gem this hotel was! From the staff being so attentive and professional, to the room meeting every expectation, I would 10/10 recommend this hotel. The location is in a great location to the river walk and is walking distance to anything nearby. The hotel was noticeably clean, and that was from the exterior down to the halls and room itself. Our hallway had a filter water station with an ice machine built into the wall which was a convenient addition. Our dog stayed with us and she had the best time, as the room was plenty of room to get comfortable and there’s a park right around the corner. Black out curtains, built-in drawer refrigerator, excellent AC temperatures for the room.. The list goes on. Thanks again for the awesome stay I will certainly be back!

This hotel is very quaint feeling (in the best way) even though it’s right next to the river walk! The restaurant is right on the river walk which is really cool. The rooms are unique bringing in San Antonio culture into the design. The only problem I experienced was the elevators consistently took a very long time even for an off peak time. Overall I had a great stay and would go again!

Nice hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. My room was nice and I had a great view. The guy at the desk recommended the Mexican restaurant down on the Riverwalk level and the food was delicious! Jasmine was my waitress and she was super nice. Recommended her favorites and they were all delicious! Definitely will stay here again.

I stayed for just one night but the experience was spectacular! I enjoyed how small and quaint the check-in area was. The staff handled everything very well. I asked for a few extra items for my room a day before arriving, they had them already placed in my room with a lovely note. Definitely recommend Canopy on the Riverwalk.

The hotel was good, and the gym was excellent but small. The cleaning lady was very helpful. The restaurant was adequate but more about pushing margaritas than good food. The real rub was parking. We used valet. We paid $55 per night …

Very comfortable room. Excellent shower and Nespresso coffee. Lots of closet and drawer space. The valets were excellent! Josh snd Ezra were especially helpful. They went out of their way to take care of us! Super pleasant and attentive!
